Thompson Coburn partnered with Gensler to revamp their downtown DC office, aligning it with their vibrant culture. By reevaluating their layout, they reduced square footage, enhancing community spaces. Inspired by riverwalks in DC and St. Louis, a central stair fosters connectivity between floors. Fluid light forms mimic tides, creating a dynamic atmosphere. The entry boasts a warm "skylight" connecting reception, breakout, and meeting spaces, including a versatile flex room. The result? A vibrant, connected office space for collaboration and client meetings.
