Nestled within the iconic confines of a mid-century office tower in New York City, the New York Financial Firm's five-story interior corporate office fit-out stands as a beacon of modern design and luminous innovation. In a space historically characterized by large floor plates and low ceilings, the challenge of creating a bright and inviting atmosphere was met with ingenious lighting solutions.

Indirect and diffused light sources were artfully employed to counteract the traditionally dark interiors, ensuring a well-lit and welcoming environment throughout the office. Lighting concepts seamlessly integrate into the architecture, enhancing visual organization and unity. Pop-up coffered ceilings maximize ceiling heights while serving as platforms for lighting cove uplights, defining open office zones with a warm and inviting glow.

Linear strip lights artfully highlight cladded beams along the perimeter circulation on each floor, not only illuminating the space but also creating a striking presence visible from the exterior. Meticulous attention to architectural details was paramount in achieving seamless lighting integration, resulting in a crisp, luminous environment that aligns seamlessly with the architects' vision.
